I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location absolutely ideal for exploring Sigiriya, Minneriya, and Dambulla. The service was really satisfying, with polite staff and some nice touches like fresh juice upon arrival. However, the room I had was a bit disappointing and not quite up to the expected standards for the price. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

I had a lovely stay at Signature Amaya, nestled in a beautiful wooded area by Kandamala Lake. The ambiance is charming and serene, making it feel like a nature retreat. Manojbhai and Aruna were incredibly attentive, and Chef Lal and Anjana prepared amazing Indian food tailored to our taste. However, the dining options could be better for those not wanting local cuisine, and the location is a bit secluded from the city center.
